Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads, recordings, or digital content after purchase.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.
Live Consultations
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. You may cancel or reschedule your consultation at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule once at no additional cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice will forfeit their payment and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Exceptional Circumstances: If we need to cancel a session on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion.
